Terms & conditions
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
- Guests must provide valid contact details and identification if required for verification.
- The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation without prior approval.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 16:00
- Check-out:
by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Security Deposit
A
€500 security deposit
is required to cover potential damages or rule violations.
This deposit will be refunded after check-out inspection, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
4. House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Please respect neighbours and community regulations.
- Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00 – guests must avoid noise that may disturb others during this period.
5. Pets Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome
upon request only.
An additional
€150 fee per pet per stay
applies.
Guests are fully responsible for their pets during the stay and must ensure that:
- Pets do not cause damage to the property or furniture.
- All pet waste is properly cleaned and disposed of.
- Any damage, stains, or cleaning required due to pets (including furniture damage, odors, or waste) will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Kids Policy
Children are very welcome at
Casa Rafa – Villa 9.
However, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and safety at all times.
Please note that:
- The villa is not childproof and contains decorative items that should not be handled by children.
- The swimming pool and garden areas require special attention, especially around the cactus plants.
- The
stairs
inside the villa should be used carefully, and small children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Management does not accept liability for accidents or injuries related to lack of supervision.
7. Liability
The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are encouraged to ensure personal safety and lock the property when unattended.
8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree to report issues immediately.
Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
9. Cancellation
Cancellations follow the property’s cancellation policy (as stated on the booking platform or website).
