House rules

We kindly ask all guests to follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to help us maintain the villa in perfect condition.


Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 16:00
  • Check-out: by 11:00
    Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and depending on availability.


Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
  • You may smoke only in outdoor areas and must use ashtrays provided.


Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed.
  • Please respect our neighbours and the community.
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00 (no music or loud activities during this time).


Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome upon request only.
  • An additional €150 fee per pet per stay applies.
  • Guests must ensure that pets:
  • Do not damage property or furniture
  • Do not climb on beds or sofas
  • Are cleaned up after (indoors and outdoors)
  • Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from the €500 security deposit.


Children

  • Children are very welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
  • The villa is not childproof and contains decorative items that should not be touched.
  • Extra caution is required around:
  • The swimming pool (no fence)
  • The garden area (with cactus plants)
  • The stairs inside the villa
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their children.


Pool & Garden

  • Use the pool responsibly; no diving or glassware near the water.
  • The pool is not supervised and swimming is at guests’ own risk.
  • Please dry off before entering the house after swimming.
  • Do not throw items (like food or toys) into the pool or garden area.


Cleanliness

  • Please treat the villa with care and respect.
  • The property must be left tidy upon departure.
  • Rubbish should be disposed of in designated bins outside.
  • A final cleaning fee of €250 applies. Additional cleaning or damage will be charged separately if needed.


Energy & Safety

  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.


Damages

  • Any damage must be reported immediately.
  • Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
