Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring fairness to all our guests and hosts.

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund (excluding service fees) for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

In case of a no-show, early departure, or unused nights, the full reservation amount remains non-refundable.
